We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a return or refund for services rendered. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring satisfaction and clarity for all our clients.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
Our primary goal is to deliver high-quality HR consulting services and products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will work diligently to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your needs.
2. Return of Services
Since our services and products are intellectual and advisory in nature, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, if you feel that the services provided did not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality, you may be eligible for an exchange or an additional service or product at no extra cost. Please provide detailed feedback and documentation to support your claim within 30 days of receiving the service/product.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request within 30 days of service completion/product purchase, detailing the reasons for your dissatisfaction and any supporting evidence. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of Catrice HR based on the review of the provided documentation and the nature of the service/products. Partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the service was deemed unsatisfactory.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as customized training programs, proprietary assessments, intellectual property, and any third-party expenses incurred on your behalf, are non-refundable. These services involve significant time, resources, and external costs that cannot be recuperated.
5. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your name, contact information, service/product details, and a detailed description of your concern.
Attach any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your claim to include your receipt.
Our team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3-5 Business Days and initiate a review process. You will be informed of the decision within 14 Business Days of your request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 Business Days of the approval notification.
